Provide all materials, labor, equipment, and other incidentals necessary for the partial renovation of the Hanover Courts building for use as a new circuit court and flexible space, and the addition of parking spaces. The shell space on the second floor is approximately 8,600 gross square feet in area. The interior work generally includes, but is not limited to: selective demolition, interior metal stud framed gypsum partitions and ceilings, acoustical ceilings, courtroom casework, hollow metal frames, wood doors and associated door hardware, mechanical, plumbing, electrical, communications cabling, security and access controls systems, detention doors and furniture components, and all other Work indicated by the Contract Documents. The exterior parking area to be extended is approximately 2,300 square feet. Questions due 10 days prior to bid date. Notice to Proceed date will be on or around July 1, 2022. Work included in this Contract shall achieve Substantial Completion no later than one-hundred eighty (180) calendar days from the Notice to Proceed. Bonds required.
