FTB must undergo a campus wide utility shutdown in order to successfully complete electrical switchgear and breaker maintenance. The shutdown will impact two separate raised floor data centers located on the same site. The maintenance requires a full shutdown of the existing electrical and cooling infrastructure and is estimated to require two separate shutdowns. Each outage will require a temporary power and cooling solution to last up to 48 hours. Both raised floors must remain online at all times during the maintenance. Contractor shall design, manage, oversee and implement a temporary power and cooling solution to support the (LARF) Los Angeles Raised Floor and (SARF) Sacramento Raised Floor while simultaneously performing maintenance and certifying electrical switchgear and breakers. All work will be done in Sacramento. Term is through 6/30/22. DBE incentives. Questions due 11/1/21.
