The Work to be done consists of demolition of the existing site without compromising the landfill liner. Activities include, but are not limited to, the demolition of asphalt, concrete, decomposed granite, and fencing. The Work also includes construction of a park. The park will require import of dirt, a new decomposed granite trail, rock and mortar landscape, irrigation, multi-purpose turf field, plants, trees, new asphalt and concrete, fencing, storm drain infrastructure, bleachers, sports netting, lighting, picnic areas and fitness stations. Project duration is 360 Calendar Days; 1st 60 days for mob, remaining 300 days for construction. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
