Denver Water is soliciting proposals to provide routine maintenance and repairs for various dock levelers, security gates and overhead garage doors that protect access to restricted Denver Water locations. The dock levelers provide level loading surfaces at Denver Water facilities and require proper maintenance to ensure safe loading and unloading of material. The types of gates and doors include electric gates, hydraulic gates, screw drive swing, drop down arm barriers, overhead doors (electronic and manually operated) and barrel roll up doors. These dock levelers, gates and overhead doors are located within the Denver metro area as well as multiple mountain counties. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
