The City of Suffolk has issued this Request for Qualifications (RFQ) for the sole purpose of obtaining qualifications from experienced firms to provide design build services for the design and construction of the Suffolk Executive Airport Maintenance Building. The City intends to select qualified teams to provide proposals related to the management, design and construction of an approximately 7200 square foot building to be located at the Suffolk Executive Airport facility. Bonds required.
