This is notice of a Request for Qualifications & a Request for Proposals ("RFQ/RFP"). This will be a two-step process. In STEP I, City of Princeton ("City") seeks Responses to its Request for Qualifications ("Qualification Submissions") for the design and new construction of Fire Station #2 ("Project"). No cost information is to be included in any Qualifications Submission. The City will select up to five finalists from the Qualification Submissions that are properly received. In Step II, the City will request a Proposal for the full Project ("Proposal") from the highest-ranked Finalist selected by the City.
