Estimate: $35-$55 million
The scope of Phase 1A will likely include the construction of localized wellhead treatment systems and centralized groundwater treatment systems and their respective conveyance systems. The treatment goal is to lower the concentration of perfluorooctane sulfonate (PFOS) and perfluorooctanoic acid (PFOA) to non-detection, which is currently at 2 PPT. The treatment facilities will be constructed at four (4) separate sites. APU is preparing the project technical requirements for the 4 sites, environmental documents and preliminary geotechnical investigations. The future phases are anticipated to be solicited as a design-build over the next two years. Prevailing wages and bonds
