12305 Billingsley Rd, Waldorf, MD 20602. Attendees shall report to the Landfill Scale House and then directed to the meeting. Due to safety restrictions at the site, all visitors proceeding to the site location are recommended to wear steel-toed shoes/boots during the site visit portion of the meeting. During the site visit, County staff shall provide access and assistance to Bidders to collect leachate samples for the Bidder to use for the Pilot Study. The Pilot Study should demonstrate the efficacy of the proposed treatment processes. Bidders are responsible for providing their own containers. This will be the only opportunity to collect samples.
New Construction: Charles County, Maryland seeks contractors to design and build a permanent Leachate Treatment System, inclusive of a building to house the system and the initial 2-year Operations and Maintenance (O&M) of the system. Q&A due by 8am, 9/29/21. MBE goal 25%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
