The design build project is in the City of Cincinnati, Hamilton County, Ohio. MCE-5B was split off the Mill Creek Expressway (MCE) work originally to be completed under PID 83723. MCE-5B primarily reconfigures and improves the I-75SB connection to I-74WB with the construction of two new ramp bridges (Ramp O and Ramp R) over CSX/NS, Mill Creek, and Spring Grove Avenue. The Project will also make additional improvements to I-74WB between I-75 and Montana Avenue including the reconstruction of I-74WB, bridge work on I-74, and the replacement of the pedestrian bridge over I-74. Bonds required. Completion date is 8/1/24. DBE goals. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
