(“CAHI”), a nonprofit affiliate of the Oakland Housing Authority (“OHA”), is soliciting proposals from developers with the capacity to redevelop 77th and Bancroft property in the Eastmont neighborhood in Oakland, California (the “Property”). CAHI’s primary goal is to redevelop the Property with a developer with a demonstrated capacity to return the Property to an active residential use that will enhance the quality of life in the neighborhood surrounding the Property in a timely manner.
