The California Department of Education (hereinafter referred to as CDE) is soliciting bids to provide maintenance and minor repair services for 53 roll-up security doors, 30 drive motors, 5 electronic sliding glass doors, 1 LiftMaster side sliding gate, and 1 LiftMaster dual swing gate for the Diagnostic Center Southern California (DCSC) located at 4339 University Drive, Los Angeles, CA 90032, in accordance with the specifications contained herein this Invitation for Bid (IFB). The contract period is from July 1, 2022 through June 30, 2023. Contract includes two one-year options to renew. DBE incentives.
