The City of Suffolk wishes to select one contractor to provide annual directional boring / trenchless excavation services on an as needed basis for the City of Suffolk, Virginia. Work will be generally associated with electric utility, communications, and traffic signal installation and shall be in accordance with all specifications, terms, and conditions herein. The contract shall cover the period from November 1, 2022, through October 31, 2023, renewable. All questions concerning bid must be in writing and received five (5) business days prior to the bid opening. DBE goal 10%.
