This project is for the modernization of the District Office Restrooms and tenant improvement of the 4th floor. The Project entails selective demolition throughout the 4th and 7th floor, construction of new partition walls, restoration of finishes, and renovation of the 2nd through 7th floor restrooms. Trades anticipated include drywall, mechanical, electrical, AV, fire protection, fire alarm, and finishes. Contractor must coordinate its work with ongoing day-to-day operations of an active office building. Q&A due by 11/10/21.
