The intent of this Request for Quotation is for door replacement at Person Senior Center located at 2060 W College Ave, Santa Rosa, CA in compliance with the specifications, terms, conditions identified within the RFQ. Scope: • Removal, disposal, and replacement of existing doors. • The City would prefer sliding doors with Automatic openers. The City would like to move the entrance back about 5 feet to have the entrance flush with the building instead of being a pop out area as it is now. Pop out area will be removed and disposed of with doors. • Area of pop out removal will need to be finished to match existing building colors. • Electrical will need to be moved to location of new doors. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
