The Project consists of removal, disposal and replacement of all exterior storefront doors and windows and pressure cleaning of building exterior; see Exhibit C for photos of Facility. Replacement work to be performed under this Contract shall include engineering, material, labor, and equipment for a complete replacement to make the doors and windows impact resistant, water and airtight, and energy efficient, complying with requirements in the latest edition of FBC. Replacement shall match existing in appearance and confirm to attached Exhibit A, General Notes and Specifications under Exhibit B. Pressure cleaning work to be performed under this Contract shall include labor and equipment for a thorough cleaning of all building facades without damaging existing paint and stucco. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
