Sealed bids in duplicate for façade improvement work at eight (8) properties, a project funded by a Community Development Block Grant, will be received by The City of Buena Vista’s Office of Community Development. Required improvements for each property are included in specifications. Work includes, but is not limited to: masonry, carpentry, electrical, plumbing, painting, and signage. Bidders must be licensed as a Class A Contractor or registered as a Class B Contractor in the Commonwealth of Virginia. MBE goal 12%. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
