Dulles South Recreation Center located at 24950 Riding Center Drive, South Riding, VA 20152. Two (2) Mandatory Pre-Bid Conferences will be held. The first Mandatory Pre-Bid Conference will be held on November 4, 2021, at 1:00 PM and the second on November 5, 2021, at 1:00 PM.

The Intent of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is for the County of Loudoun, Virginia (County) to obtain the services of a qualified General Contractor to replace the pool filtration system at the Dulles South Recreation Center Competition Pool, located at 24950 Riding Center Drive, South Riding, VA 20152. The scope of this project is to provide an updated pool water filtration system which will include demolition of existing filter system and associated network of piping, installation of new filter tanks and piping with an exterior enclosed structure. The Contract Time is one-hundred-twenty (120) calendar days from Notice to Proceed to Substantial Completion. Q&A due by 5pm, 11/23/21.
