At the East Quincy Transfer Station, Abernethy Lane, East Quincy, CA 95971 Plumas County Solid Waste Division is currently soliciting formal bids for contractors to provide repairs to siding on the East Quincy Transfer Station. The work will consist of replacing all existing siding (metal and fiberglass panels) on the existing transfer station structure. All materials specifications are listed on the attached plans titled: “Repairs For East Quincy Transfer Station“. and the term “or approved equivalent” is applicable to this project. Notice to Proceed will be issued within 10 days of the approval and execution of the contract by the Plumas County Board of Supervisors. The available work days and hours for this project are Tuesdays, Wednesdays and Thursdays, 8 a.m. – 5 p.m. when the Transfer Station is closed to the public. A staging area is available on Abernethy Lane. See attached plans titled: “Repairs For East Quincy Transfer Station”. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
