Lower Makefield Township will receive bids online via PennBid for the Edgewood Road Safety Improvement Project. This contract will include the following: Mini-roundabout installations at the intersection of Schuyler Drive and at the intersection of Mill Road, including raised center medians and flush splitter islands; Concrete curb median and flush splitter island installation at the intersection of Sandy Run Road; Design-build (design build) ADA curb ramps and bituminous sidewalk installation at the intersection of Schuyler Drive; Full-width pavement mill and overlay on Edgewood Road between the western limit of work at Schuyler Drive and the eastern limit of work at Mill Road, excluding the existing bridge over Brock Creek; Pavement markings and signing; Erosion and sediment pollution control; and Maintenance and protection of traffic, including detour signing. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
