The Health and Human Services Commission for and on behalf of its Health and Specialty Care System Division is soliciting Competitive Sealed Proposals for selection of a General Contractor. The scope of work includes, but is not limited to, the following: Replace campus west loop medium voltage (MV) underground electrical distribution, and upgrade Buildings 502, 504 (MV transformer # 548 and switchgear only), 505, 506 (MV transformer # 506 and switchgear only), 527, 538, 548, 549, 550 and 551 electrical systems. Provide phasing and temporary power as required to minimize impact to Facility operations as minimally as possible during construction. Mitigate Polychlorinated Biphenyls (PCB) laden transformer/switchgear as required. HSP required. prevailing wages apply. Bonds required.
