The purpose of this Request for Proposal (RFP) is to solicit sealed proposals to establish a contract with one or more Offerors through competitive negotiations to provide Elevator Assessments, Maintenance and Repair Services for multiple facilities for Alexandria City Public Schools (ACPS). Alexandria City Public Schools Maintenance division is soliciting for elevator and lift assessments, maintenance and repair services. The Inventory consists of seven lifts and twenty active elevators throughout ACPS. The lifts were installed between January 1992 and December 2016 and the elevators were installed between January 1977 and November 2016. The twenty-seven-pieces of equipment are housed in fifteen administrative, maintenance and school facilities that make up Alexandria City Public Schools. Questions due by 3pm, 12/3/21.
