This Scope of Service covers the requirements for the Contractor to service, inspect, repair, and perform maintenance on elevators for Metro Operating & Support Facilities for the Metropolitan Transit Authority of Harris County, Texas (METRO). The Contractor shall provide all the necessary personnel, equipment, supplies, tools, materials, components, load weighing devices, parts and any other item(s) needed to perform the work specified in the attached. Questions are due by 2:00 PM on Oct 14th. Period of performance is 3 years, unless otherwise extended by METRO.
