The Department of General Services (DGS) is issuing this Invitation for Bid (IFB) for the provision of Elevator Preventive and Routine Maintenance, Repair, Testing, and Inspections for the Annapolis Complex and 100 Community Place. This includes all labor, materials, parts, supervision, equipment, tools, insurance, permits, etc., necessary to provide repairs, adjustments, emergency service, preventive and routine maintenance, inspections, testing and personnel extraction services on elevators, chairlifts, and dumbwaiters at various DGS locations on a 24/7 basis. In addition, Contractor will secure proper certification for elevators, chairlifts, and dumbwaiters where applicable. Contractor will maintain annual certification. Term of Contract: January 1, 2023, through December 31, 2025. Questions due by September 28, 2022. Bonds required.
