This selection is for a one year contract for Elevator Comprehensive Service with the option of up to three additional one year renewals. The purpose of this contract is to provide comprehensive elevator service to address maintenance and reactive repair needs. The scope of work is to include all elevator and chair lift equipment at each school per the attached list of elevators (Appendix C). Work to be included in this contract is; initial repairs, all preventative maintenance, same day response to service calls placed before 12 p.m., next day response for service calls placed after 12 p.m., normal repairs due to wear or normal weathering, and corrective work due to elevator inspection. Repairs greater than $750 shall be quoted based on submitted time and material rates.
