The project’s limits extend from the City of Ithaca city limit on Elmira Road and ends just south of the intersection of Elmira Road and South Meadow Street. The work includes providing all labor, materials, machinery, tools, equipment and other means of construction necessary and incidental to the completion of the work shown on the plans and described in these specifications including, but not necessarily limited to the following: milling and resurfacing existing roadway, upgrade traffic signals, install ADA compliant sidewalk ramps, construct and repair sidewalks, and other incidental work and appurtenances that is necessary to completely and satisfactorily construct the project.
