The City of Salinas, California is soliciting proposals from qualified consulting firms with expertise in stormwater utility engineering and green street design to provide engineering design plans, specifications, and cost estimate s (PS&E) for the Closter Park Green Street project. Work includes, in general, 100% PS&Es for the Closter Park Green Streets Project. Three green streets around Closter Park, including biofiltration cells with drought-tolerant native plants, trees, permeable pavement, crosswalk curb extensions, and traffic pedestrian safety improvements including a traffic circle, raised crosswalks, ADA-compliant curb ramps, and storm drainage system improvements. Questions are due by 4:00 PM on Oct 7th. Federally funded by American Rescue Plan Act funds. The Consultant must be familiar with all applicable local and federal guidelines and requirements of the ARPA Program funding. Consultant Proposal DBE Commitment Prevailing wages.
