The Chesapeake Redevelopment and Housing Authority invites bids for the Installation/replacement of Energy Star® compliant front and rear entry doors throughout the Owens Village Community in Chesapeake, Virginia. This component shall be a complete and turnkey effort including removal and disposal of existing door assemblies, disposal of existing assemblies and installation of the new entry doors including type 1 hardware as specified at the front and rear of each dwelling unit in the Owens Village Community as well as the two entry doors at the Management and Maintenance Office which are the same type and style as those on the Dwelling Units. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
