This ITB is for the replacement of 13 steel exterior doors at Whitney Lab Building #1012, 9505 Oceanside Blvd. St Augustine, Florida. All doors are to be replaced with doors manufactured of new impact rated fiberglass, commercial quality design. This ITB consists of a Base Bid and Alternate 1. Base Bid will be for new vendor provided doors pre-hung in frame, all hardware, installation and UF permit fees. Alternate 1 will be for new vendor provided doors installed onsite into new vendor provided frames, all hardware, installation and UF permit fees. Bonds required. Please see documents for further details about wage rates.
