The meeting shall consist of a walk-through of the facilities pertaining to this ITB. Please meet outside the Elk Grove City Council Chambers, 8400, Laguna Palms Way, Elk Grove, CA 95758. All participants shall comply with the City’s,COVID-19 protocols, including, without limitation, regulations related to the wearing of
approved masks.
The proposed work shall include all landscaped areas for the following facilities: 8380 Laguna, 8400 Laguna Palms Way and 9362 Studio Ct (Laguna Palms Campus), 9385 Laguna Springs Drive (Rain Garden Plaza), 10190 Iron Rock Way (Fleet Facility), 10250 Iron Rock Way (Corporation Yard), 9255 Disposal Lane (Special Waste Collection Center) 9150 Union Park Way (Animal Shelter), 9108 Elk Grove Blvd (Old Town Parking Lot), 9260 Elk Grove Blvd (Facility use TBD), and any future facilities identified by the City during the term of the contract. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
