The purpose of this IFB is to establish a firm fixed price, lump sum contract with one qualified Contractor to provide all labor, materials, equipment, supplies, services, permits and, incidentals required to perform all requirements as specified herein, and indicated for the purpose of Landfill Closure at the Fauquier Environmental Services Corral Farms site, located at 8499 Bingham Rd, Warrenton, VA 20186. This project involves the construction of a final soil and geosynthetic cap on a 36-acre portion of the Fauquier County Landfill. Substantial Completion shall occur in two hundred ten (210) consecutive calendar days following the issuance of the Notice to Proceed. Questions due no later than 12:00 p.m. EST on November 15th, 2022. Bonds required.
