The intent and purpose of this Invitation for Bid (IFB) is to establish contracts with five or more qualified contractors per eVA zone who can provide Fencing and Barriers. Each will include repairs, maintenance, enhancements and new installation on an “as needed” basis at various National Guard facilities throughout the state of Virginia for a period of one (1) year with the option to renew for four (4) additional one-year periods. Questions are due by June 7, 2022 at 2:00PM EST. SBE goal 42%.
