Scope to include but not limited to the following specifications: Ensure proper water drainage and top dressing to fix all low spots, removal of the sand pit, removal of cross ties, disturbed areas of field play will need hydro seed and damaged sod during the crowning process will need to be replaced. If any part of the irrigation, sewer, water, or electrical is damaged in the process this will also need to be repaired.
