The Project consists of: the replacement of the existing fire alarm panels, with new fire alarm panels, the upgrade of smoke detectors/ alarms and the new installation of 120 V smoke alarms and 120 V combination smoke and carbon monoxide alarms at Fitzsimmons Arms, Caswell Grove Apartments, Massasoit Apartments, Cedarvale Homes, and Gwozdz Terrace in accordance with the documents prepared by MacRitchie Engineering. HUD DBE and Section 3 requirements apply. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
