This project is for the replacement ofthe existing fire detection and alarm system at the New Roc Garage structure with a new fire detection and alarm system. This specification also describes alterations to existing functions. The existing fire alarm system wiring and conduit in the garage parking areas and the Water Meter / Pump Room in the Lower Level are to removed and replaced. All new conduit in the garage parking areas and the Water Meter / Pump Room in the Lower Level is to be PVC. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply. Please refer to documents for details. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
