The scope of work includes the location, identification, inspection and repairs and documentation of operation pertaining to all fire dampers installed with buildings owned/operated by BCSD. This includes approximately 32 locations, ranging from 62,000 SqFt, to approximately 150,000 SqFt, with a cumulative total of approximately 3.7 million SqFt (See Exhibit A). Contractor shall work with the BCSD to set a schedule for inspection of buildings. The inspection schedule for buildings may be divided along the 5 year contract period at the discretion of the District. All buildings may not be completed during the first year. Please refer to the document for more important details regarding this project.
