This project includes a 10,643 SF Fire Station. The proposed Fire Station will be a one-story wood and steel framed structure with four (4) apparatus bays, support spaces, crew living areas, and six (6) sleeping rooms. The site work includes storm water mitigation, utilities, landscaping, and parking. Overall substantial completion shall be achieved within three hundred and sixty-five (365) calendar days after the Owner’ Notice to Proceed. Final Completion shall be achieved within forty-five (45) Calendar days after substantial completion. The project will have one phase. Technical questions regarding the scope of this project should be put in writing up until three working days prior to bid opening Bonds required.
