This project includes upgrades to the Seaside Fire Station located at 1635 Broadway Avenue. Upgrades includes the abatement of the exterior paint and texture coating, removal of dry rot and damaged siding, install of new siding, removal of six existing bay doors and associated equipment, install of six new overhead bay doors with associated electrical and plumbing modifications and new paint on exterior of building.
