Flannery Playground Park located along First Street in Taunton, Massachusetts

The work in this Contract includes, but is not limited to, preparation of the site for the installation of playground and exercise equipment and site furnishings, and construction of basketball courts, drainage improvements, water service, bituminous asphalt sidewalks, excavation, landscape improvements, fencing and gates, and other incidental items included in the contract documents. Instillation of the playground and exercise equipment is under separate cover. The Work also includes all necessary site and utility work necessary to connect to the existing facilities. Time for Completion for this project shall be 180 consecutive calendar days from the date stipulated in the Notice to Proceed to commence the Work. Deadline for questions is January 31, 2022 by 11:00am. MBE goal is 3.4% and WBE goal is 3.8%.
