The County of Lycoming is requesting sealed bids for Flood Mitigation, Acquisition & Demolition Project. This Project shall include, but is not limited to, the demolition, removal, and legal disposal of all structures from six properties, and their contents, fences, concrete slabs, paved or gravel drives, and flood debris. Also included shall be asbestos testing, traffic control, fine-grading, grassing, mulching and ultimately vegetative stabilization. The DEP Chapter 106 permit has been acquired for each property listed in this RFP, but all other permits and fees associated with this Project shall be the responsibility of the Contractor. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
