Demolish and remove existing Trane multi-zone air handling unit, 20-Ton air-cooled water chiller, in-line return air fan and relief air louver including associated piping, pumps, power connections, wiring, controls, (6) supply air duct drops, etc. from attic. Replace multi-zone air handling unit with (6) new air handlers with supplemental electric resistance heating coils, outside air ductwork, motorized dampers, relief air, etc. (6) new outdoor heat pump units to be installed on existing roof with limited building access. Replace demolished thermostats with new programmable thermostats in same locations. Provide new relief air louver. Existing ductwork to be modified to tie into new air handling units as shown on plan. Existing branch ductwork, diffusers, grilles and exhaust fans to be inspected, tested, and refurbished as required. Demolish and remove existing electrical connections for the HVAC that is being demolished and removed. Provide new service disconnect located in main electric room and route new cables and conduit to new panel located in attic. Each new air handling unit, heat pump, and motorized dampers will have a disconnect switch located on the unit. Each unit will require a circuit breaker, wire, conduit from panel to associated HVAC unit. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
