This contract is for Asphalt Overlay. This application will be used all around the City on the streets where maintenance is needed. Project construction may include but is not limited to: full reconstruction, subgrade treatment, base and surface coarse installations, new hot mix surface course application, base and pavement replacement, concrete curbs, sidewalks, driveways, concrete retaining walls combination type, wheel chair ramps, removing and relocating mail boxes, asphalt speed humps, topsoil, sodding, signage, striping, elevated sidewalks, sidewalk pipe railing, adjusting existing meter boxes, valve boxes and manholes, tree pruning, removal and/or replacement, and any other items required due to the site conditions to accomplish the project scope. This task order construction contract shall be terminated two-hundred and seventy (270) calendar days after issuance of the first task order. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
