The work to be performed under this contract includes, but is not limited to, Demolition and replacement of sewage pumps, valves, electrical equipment; installation of standby
generator and automatic transfer switch; installation of flood protection; roof replacement; installation of HVAC duct work and equipment; plumbing; instrumentation and controls; concrete repair and coatings; painting. Bid alternates for this project include installation of monorail, crane, and hoist; installation of an additional pump, valves, VFD, and appurtenances. The time for completion of this Contract is 540 calendar days. Filed sub bids will be received until February 16, 2022 at 2:00pm. Sub trades include Electrical, HVAC, Painting, and Plumbing. Deadline for questions for sub bidders is February 10, 2022 by 12:00pm. Deadline for general bidders questions is February 24, 2022 by 12:00pm. DCAMM certification required. MBE goal is 4.2% and WBE goal is 4.5%.
