The City of Santa Monica is seeking at least one (1) qualified general contractor to provide citywide general contractor services at various City facilities. Work may include, but is not limited to, renovations, remodels, door and window installations, sliding repairs, demolition work, framing, painting, interior finishes and wood/beam/joist repairs. Jobs shall be quoted individually and requested as required. Most work will generally take place during daytime working hours; however, short-notice or weekend work may be necessary. It is desirable that contractors have the ability to respond to same-day and after-hours work requests. Questions due 9/20/22. Bonds required. Prevailing wages.
