The Contractor shall furnish all labor, superintendence, machinery, equipment and all materials necessary to complete this waterline replacement project in accordance with the contract documents. Questions due by April 14th @ 02:00 PM. The Contractor shall achieve final completion of the Work by August 16, 2021. Contract completion (Closeout) will be on or before November 19, 2021. It is expressly understood that time is of the essence. Bidders must be prequalified. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply.
