The City of Casselberry is seeking one qualified contractor to provide comprehensive Grounds Maintenance Services for lift stations and water plants within the City to include lawn maintenance, mowing, edging, pruning of trees and shrubs, pest control, and weed control services on a monthly basis. The RFP Security Bond shall be submitted in the form of a Bid Bond; in the amount of five percent (5%) of the total RFP price, made payable to the City of Casselberry, issued by a surety firm and through a reputable and responsible surety bond agency licensed to do business in the State of Florida. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
