Replace all floor drain & roof drain piping as well as connected vent piping from 3rd floor roof penetrations down to finished floor elevation on 1st floor. The existing piping is a mixture of cast iron and schedule 40 PVC. Replace with equivalent nominal diameter gray Schedule 80 PVC pipe following existing plan and profile layout as shown on As-Builts. Minor variations in layout are subject to approval by Project Manager. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
