The Lee County Board of Commissioners is accepting sealed written bids from qualified vendors for Heating and Air Conditioning units for the Recreation Gymnasium. The heating and air conditioning units will be used for the gym (the dimensions of the gym are 84’ x 79’ x 30’) and 4 mini splits for offices, bathrooms and storage areas for the space located at 116 Starksville Avenue North. The units must include a 2 year full warranty on units, labor and parts. A bid form, project completion form, specifications, and non-collusion forms are included in this bid. All work completed shall be per County standards. Must have a bid bond, irrevocable letter of credit, or a cashier’s check in the amount of 1% of the bid amount payable to the Lee County Board of Commissioners from a company authorized to do business in the state of Georgia.
