Janitorial services needed three (3) times per week after normal business hours. Wet mop all hard floors and tile in public space – approx. 6,300. Vacuum all carpeted floor areas – approx. 1,100 sf. Empty all trash cans – approx. 13. Wipe down and clean/sanitize all restrooms - 5. Refill: Air fresheners, paper towels, toilet paper and sanitary napkin dispensers. Clean all glass doors, door sidelights, and interior windows. Dust all work spaces – minimal desk covering adjustments, dust all window and doorframes and countertop. Spot wash wall smudges and marks as needed. Clean and sanitize countertops, tables, and all fixtures. Clean mirrors and frames. Clean doors and frames. Clean and vacuum all air intakes and heating vents – one time a week. Dust all window blinds – one time a week. Shampoo Carpets (annually) - six office spaces and the perimeter of the lobby. This project encouraged MBE/WBE participation.
