Remove existing roof system down to the metal deck. Perform asbestos abatement on all existing asbestos containing built-up roofing and exposed roof leader materials. Mechanically fasten a new base layer insulation and adhere tapered insulation, coverboard and new PVC/KEE roof system. Provide new sheet metal flashings. Installation of new roof drains and modifications to the overflow scuppers.
