This project involves the construction of approximately 4,500 linear feet of roadway from the intersection of Hawkins Run Road and S 14th St to the intersection of Mt Zion Road and S Midlothian Parkway. The roadway will consist of a four-lane divided/undivided roadway with 8-inch thick concrete with monolithic curb and gutter, 5’-8’ sidewalks, and various intersection improvements. In addition, the project consists of the construction of approximately 780 linear feet of 12-inch gravity sanitary sewer line, 3,140 linear feet of 6”-12” water line and 3,160 linear feet of storm drain line (various sizes) with various appurtenances. The project also has three alternates as part of the bid for the construction of additional sidewalk at various locations near the project. Bonds required. Prevailing wages apply
